Default Slipping supercharger pulley on my TVS1900?

Recently I started to notice a loud squealing sound, like a slipping belt, when I accelerate hard and suddenly completely left of the throttle. The noise only occurs when I do this and every time I pop the hood the supercharger belt looks like it's seated properly. My A/C is off when this happens so I don't think it's the A/C belt. The tension on the belt seems ok. When I first got the kit installed the belt that came with the kit almost completely slipped off so I had to get a smaller belt. I've had the kit for at least 6 months and just started noticing this problem over the past few months. Anyone with a TVS or other supercharger experience this? Any suggestions?

Having almost the same issue.I ordered a HD tensioner and a pin kit from Magnacharger.
Should receive them anytime. Will try the tensioner first.I did replaced the crank bolt last week, still doing it.Mine is loosing boost above 4500RPM,and I notice a slight belt slip noize when it shifts from 1st to 2nd.

I get the same intermittent belt slip sounds, but I never thought it might cause boost to fall off at high rpm..

If you're talking about a little 'chirp' from the belt when you go from WOT in boost, to closed throttle, nothing is wrong.

Yeah that's what it is. Nothing more than a split second though.

I called magnacharger about it, they said not to worry til I go below a 3.2" pulley. In the case that I tear up a crank...just an excuse to build a forged powerplant. Bases are covered.
Anyway I'm not here to jack a thread...as you were.

My crank pulley was spinning on the crank with a 3.2 pulley on the old Radix/5.3. I could spin the bolt out with my fingers. When I called to order the pin kit I was told that only the Vettes have to worry about the pulley slipping, but I think it is the other way around. Tons of trucks on here have spun the pulley.

What's an indicator of a spinning crank pulley?
