siemens fuel injectors
I'm looking at buying a set of these:

Will I need some kind of wiring adapters to plug these into the truck's wiring harness? I have heard of "pigtails" for injectors but I'm not sure what they are. I'm hoping to find some type of "plug'n'play" adapters because I'd rather not cut/splice or solder any wires when it comes to fuel injectors. Thanks in advance

You need the mini delphi to EV1 adapter. The adapters are convenient but make the injector wiring look bad IMO. Fuel Injector Connection gave me a good deal on the connectors when I bought my new injectors... you might check them out.
