i do not disagree with you but there is an obvious air flow difference between 6, 10, 14 and 17psi and above. I am just stating what i have read from others experiences.

only if you compare on the same engine. A 408 at 10psi flows more air then a 4.8 at 18, that’s my point. It doesn’t know boost, only mass air volume. I would bet it’s more relatable to blower rpm than any other factor.

Update: I finally got around to installing the SCOL ported snout, The Nick Williams 102mm boosted throttle body. I also pulled down from a 2.8 pulley to a 2.7 pulley. I saw a gain of 5 psi for a total of 15 psi. made a huge difference and the blower is super responsive now. cant wait to hit the track.

By my calculations (which make some rough assumptions about engine VE) from where you were with the 2.8 pulley, the 2.7 alone should have given you just shy of a pound extra. Extrapolating from that, the ported inlet and throttle body increased blower efficiency 11.5%. This really makes me want to work on the inlet track of the KB once I get the new suspension sorted out.
Just curious, what size is the inlet track up to the throttle body?

the intake is 5”. I bought it from a forum member last year.
