I would have liked to race your truck at the track. Billet 484 vs cast 480

I'm putting a s465 on this weekend. Just want a fun stop light to stop light setup around 600 hp. 1000 hp isn't useable on the street for me and is very hard on parts at the track

My setup has a cast 80/87 with a 50mm jgs gate. My gate is in the cross over also. I was able to run at 4psi when I first started tuning the setup. I was impressed that it would gate that low. And this setup should spool well on the street. I still haven't gotten it turned up over 7psi before it snowed.

Just my experience with my setup so far.

This will just be a toy mostly for the track so I'm hoping it will hold at least 7 lbs

I think you guys are forgetting that boost is mainly controlled by your right foot. My wastegate wouldnt hold any less than 20psi at WOT, but cruising around it would never go into boost if I didnt want it to.

If you want less boost, dont press the fast pedal as far.
