Default S/C Build, Need some suggestions

The run down:

2009 GMC Sierra 1500 4x4 CrewCab 5.3 My current mods are American Racing headers w/ y-pipe and no cats, Dynomax catback and Volant Power Core CAI.

Sitting on the shelf I have a MP112 SuperCharger and Lingenfelter GT2-3 cam. When I get it tuned they'll port my throttle body.

The questions:

I'm ready to begin the upgrade and will have my heads ported since they have to be removed to install the cam. I was leaning toward Lingenfelter for this also, are there any other highly reputable porters that without a doubt give me better results?

Injectors, 60lb sufficient? Any particular brand to stay away from?

Are there any other engine related odd and ends I should consider while its apart, I'll address drive train later.

What is the smallest size pulley I can safely run and approximate boost? I ordered the 1" phenolic spacer also which should help IAT's with a killer chiller planned for the near future.

Thanks in advance

Anyone? Also, will my stock pump be sufficient for this setup?

Heads do not need to be removed for a cam swap.

I'm at 10psi with a 3.0" pulley with my mp112, gt2-3 cam and catless LTs.

Stock fuel pump will probably not be sufficient.

I would replace the timing chain with an LS2 while you're in there. Also buy new timing cover and coolant passage gaskets and a new crank seal, cheap insurance against leaks.

Yes the heads will need to be removed in order to delete the DOD. The engine is an LS2. The charger has a 2.8" installed but was previously used on a 6.0 with a large cam. I'm thinking that may be a bit much for the 5.3

Forgot you had dod.

Rule of thumb for these is 1psi per .1" drop in pulley size. I am on the edge of blowing through my maf, so if I went any smaller, if have to go speed density tune. Don't know about nnbs, might be different.

nnbs? Not familiar with the lingo yet. Ill prolly go with a 3.0 pulley also, I'm worried about longevity running the 2.8.

Negative, how much power can the flex fuel pump handle? What would be better the flex fuel pump or a walboro 255?

I remember smokeshow saying his non flex-fuel NNBS pump handled close to 600 rwhp, any others running a stock NNBS pump with boost?
