We had a problem with my truck showing lean on top too. My buddy found an table that was limiting max fuel.
So all i need is the part number of the Kodiak Crank pulley and the this table that limits fuel...

My pressure does not seem to drop....i am just loosing volume it seems. Yup, i hit 70% IDC @ 142kPa @ 4400rpm.

This the size cooler I'm running. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CXRac...Q5fAccessories
It fit between the frame rails of my old truck but I did have to trim the bumper brackets.

Whipper I'm goin to look for that pulley when I get home. It seams GM changed them to an single belt set up on the new Kodiak's.

Kerr I'm workin on it! We just did the tune for 12psi last Saturday. Still have some bugs to work out though.

Another thing, Have you 8.1 guys checked the driver side engine mount? I stared pullin it apart on my old truck. My new truck pulled it completely apart when I was doing some 8psi boosted launches.
If it's still intact. Drill a hole through it and put a 3/8 bolt in it. This is what I did on both trucks.

Did you have to trim because of the width, or the thickness of the cooler?

Thickness. If you went with a 3" thick you may not have to trim them.

Yea both of mine where broken.

The drivers side came out in three pieces.

The intake was hitting the hood, and the down tubes for the headers where hitting the floor board. Im supprised it didnt hurt the trans.

To all the 8.1 guys out there. My throttle response is CRAP!! If i'm moving slowly, It is around an entire second of pedal down untill acceleration. Is this normal...somepeople have told me it was Torqe Managment and some have told me it has to do with the ETC, and there is a way to override it or is there something else wrong?? When I'm moving down the highway it doesn't seem to be this way though.
