Default RX Catch Can 6.2l Magnuson

I recently installed my RX catch can on my 2010 Silverado 6.2l with a magnuson. And ideas what I should do with the other port on the catch can. As of now I just put a nipple on it.

That can looks familiar, lol. You basically have three options; cap it like you did, remove the valve and plug it (the valve is just threaded in), or run another line pre throttle body ( redundant but it will work fine). With the dual valve can your all set if you ever decide to change forced induction.

Catch can worked great and in perfect condition. Thank you Blown02408!!!!

I was thinking about running the other port over to the intake port cap off my clean side valve cover. Then run a vented oil cap.

Awesome, glad to hear it!!!

Does your truck still have a MAF sensor? With the oil cap breather you could allow unmetered air into the engine.

Looks awesome!!

Also looks like your intake tube is too small. I'd want a 4" intake.

Looks good! I need to install mine, but mine is single valve so I was going to run from back of driver side vc to can, then out to the back of the j tube on my mp112. Did you put a breather on your oil fill tube? Is that needed?

Yes that is true. I am putting a 4" intake on when I put the ported ls3 TB on. I have a number of things going on the truck this weekend.
