Default Roush TVS1900 Install Tips: 2007+ NNBS

I'd like to start a master-thread for Roush-TVS installation tips -- Post any challenges encountered on the '07+ GMT900s / 360s. A separate thread will be established for the Pre-2007 installs. Some topic-starters to generate the appropriate conversation:

- Installation errors or omissions found in the instructions?
- Found a better way versus how the instructions state?
- How-to's for plumbing a boost-gauge line onto the SC manifold?
- Additional parts *required* for SC installation? (that were not mentioned in the instructions)
- Additional parts *recommended* for SC installation?
- Parts included in the kit that were found to be inadequate & have an alternative/upgrade idea? (hypothetical examples: low grade bolts, a different tensioner, found the intake-duct collapses, etc...)
- Parts that can be modified for easier installation and/or performance increase (example: smoothing/porting the runners & radiusing the runner-inlets, adding RTV to the gasket-surfaces for helping prevent leaks, etc....)
- Any "gotchas!" from your installation that, if you had known about it prior, you would have changed your method of installation? (any hidden clips that broke, any "whoops!" moments....)

Let's hear about 'em!

Must admit it was a pretty straight forward install, my kit was short one bolt but i replaced it. I also drilled and tapped the lower manifold for the remote iat from diytuners... i would like to know where people are putting the sensors for a boost gauge....

I left room next to my IAT sensor at the back of the upper manifold.
