Gates number and size

36101 70mm
38006 76mm
38005 82mm
36157 87mm
38001 90mm
38012 90mm Plastic
38002 100mm
36119 102mm

These fit on both idlers and you can use any of them to make your belt tension correct.

change the idler pulley instead of the belt. You will get better belt wrap.

I like this idea,,get the belt around the snout pulley...i believe the OEM pulley is 90mm

Man I didn't realize this thread was still going... yall gonna cost me more money... lol! I'd definitely have to get a bigger fuel pump and injectors before I pulley down...

this has been ask like 4 times thru this thread so how much boost is a stock 5.3 gonna see with a stock pulley

Stock 3.3 pulley, the math says 9.88psi, so probable 8-9 with pumping losses.
