Roush TVS on a NBS
#12
What size pulley is installed? Thats what I was afraid of, if your at 6.6 then I am guessing I would be doing good to get 4psi on my setup. Still havent seen anyone change pullies on one yet, or even find a smaller pulley. I am staying tuned for updates. Looks good man.

Nice work. Looks great!
Boost rules!
EDIT*
How would one adapt a cable driven throttle body to this?
Or would i have to use a DBW body and pedal?

I want to convert a Roush TVS1900 kit also to make ik work in a 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche.
So i understand i have to buy these parts:
fuel rails.
water pump.
Injector adapters.
TB adapter.
What are the maximum costs for the extra parts?
Anything else i should buy or modify?
My 2003 Avalanche is 100% stock and has the 5.3 Vortec engine.

Though I'd start a new thread about converting the Roush tvs1900 kit that was designed for the NNBS to my NBS (2006) truck.
Here's the list of parts I had to get:
NNBS fuel rails.
NNBS water pump.
Injector adapters.
TB adapter.
My computer is at Black bear getting tuned now.
This weekend I spent some time doing some transmission upgrades:
Installed a Sonnax performance pack, 2nd and 4th gear servo's and a tru cool 40k cooler.
Installed the intercooler while the grill was out. The bracket that came with the kit worked after I bent them slightly.
Also modified the coolant tank bracket and figured out where its gonna live.
On a holding pattern now waiting on the computer.

Computer tune, I used black bear performance.
IAT sensor and plug/pigtail.
Need to modify/make bracket for the coolant tank and pump.
I've got right about $3000 invested in mine including the tune from Justin and the aeroforce scan gauge with boost and fuel pressure senders.
I bought almost everything off ebay.

I believe the adapter plate would be the same as the older style 3 bolt DBW TB I used, but you would need to fab a bracket for the throttle cable.
