Thanks for everybody that has tried to help me. This gets very frusterating, I will see what Magnason has to say Monday, I am off to a car and truck show at the GMC dealership, They are going to love my truck. The first thing the will probable do is write my vin number down and put a note "VOID WARRANTY"

I just had a brain storm. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has thought of this but what about using an inline pump like the return guys and using a return style regulator up at the front of the motor before the rails. Then running the return line back to the tank some how. Still retaining the Stock intank set up. Has anyone tried this and do you think it would work with the returnless computer?

It would be nice not to mess up the factory fuel module but you will still have to remove it to disable the FPR and add a return line fitting.

Any ideas at what power level the returnless system just isn't going to work while retaining the stock intank pump set up? Using only a voltage booster and big injectors. Just wondering cause I'm bout to start my D-1sc set up.
