So what FPR are you running if your feeding the rails directly from the pump??

Aeromotive A1000 boost ref reg. Has 8an inlet and 6an return. My fuel pressure sending unit will be mounted in the fitting after the fuel filter. This way I can monitor the fuel pressure to the rails and if something happens I can get out of it sooner. With the reg after the rails it allows the pressure (58psi out of boost, and 1:1 in boost) to stay consistant at that pressure. If the reg is before the rails it can bleed off pressure in the rails from the rate of fuel consumption and not be as steady in boost. Basically you would be putting a restrictor on the fuel pump. With this set up you are keeping the pressure at the rails and returning what fuel isn't needed to the tank.

This is pretty much how i'm doing the system. Under the A1000 set up. http://aeromotiveinc.com/wp-content/...werPlanner.pdf

If you notice, the reg is after the rails, and returns to the tank.

Holes will be drilled in the bucket along the bottom to keep it full. there is a in line fuel filter that will be used right after the feed line and before the y-block.

I had to scale the pic to fit on here so the details in the writing are hard to read. Also it's just a vague layout to get the visual of it. I did it in CAD so I had to scan the drawing then change the files for it.
Could you email that to me KyleDavis89@gmail.com

Is this what your talking about?

Just an FYI, you won't need the Y-fitting coming out of the front of the rails. The EFI A1000 has 2 inlets (from front of rails) and 1 outlet (back to tank)

Thanks man. Is that about one of the best regulators to go with?

I would say they are pretty common, you'll be looking for P/N 13109.

The first sketch will work fine for ALOT of power

Any reason you think you need -8 of -6? -6 will flow a TON of fuel and is much more common/inexpensive

Running the rails in parallel isnt required either. As stated above, if you're worrying about uneven fuel distribution, upgrade the pump

I still would like to see a or hear of a issue with running the fuel system like I had said?? You are still getting a FP rating from the FPR or rail.. Once it is pressurized it should stay that way..
