"Reduced Engine Power"......

Look in Engine Diag >> General >> Calc Airflow. That table needs to be raised across the board. You can set up a histogram using the table's axes and see what kind of values you are actually getting. I set up the histogram to read max instead of average, then pasted the results into the 1514 table, did a bunch of smoothing, then added a margin (maybe 25% ?) to all cells.

Unfortunately no I wasnt able to get any freeze frame data.I wouldnt mind getting a nice program on my laptop so I could plug it in and see what and when its doing. And then fine tune it.But thats WAY uncharted territory for me and knowing myself like me and you discussed, out of sight, out of mind so to speak.Id drive myself crazy trying to perfect the tune.My next step is to see if there are any loose wires on the plug by the TB.I was told sometimes theyve been known to work themselves loose and they'll loose a connection from time to time. But its back to the norm so far, knock on wood
thanks fo rthe insight guys.

If it's not that, I've seen the TAC module cause this issue as well. Along with the P68 code.
I've also had the actual throttle body cause this on a newer vehicle. We swapped throttle bodys and no more problem.
Give us a call, we can set you up with hptuners.
