There should be quite a bit left in it if you were limited from that tune. I'm guessing you're going to get it dyno tuned?

+1 on that notion. And you could probably stand to pulley it down more than 4.5 psi too, you have a 4L80E behind it (lucky guy )

Glad you got it in though. Mine still sits in my garage as I am trying to order the last few parts I need to get it in.

boost 4.5
AFR 12.0

What happened to the before numbers?

Congrats! Soooo...next question. When is the Challenger gettin boosted? I forgot, is the Challenger a manual, or is it the '10 comes as a stick? That'd be fun & you know it. Stick + Maggie = Maggie is developing them.

I didn't get the before dyno... Here is the after install dyno chart....

I got to figure before numbers were 300 HP and 370 TQ at the flywheel. Take 20 % off to get to the rear wheels and I come up with:

240 HP
296 TQ

So the net gain is: are you ready

122 HP
108 TQ

and boost did seem low, I am going vacationing next week and pulling an 8,000 lb trailer... So I will be testing it out.

The Chally comes with a lifetime drivetrain warranty, so I don't want to mess with that! But now I am not sure which is faster...

OK, a MP112HH with just over 4 lb of boost made a big difference. The mountains I went over at 50 mph in 2nd gear before the S/C. Was going over the top at 70. I passed everything except the gas stations at 7 mpg.

I thought this was suppose to make 6 lbs of boost. I wonder if I changed pulley down 1 size to get to 6 lb, would it void the 3 year/36,000 mile warranty??

I would just pulley down to a 3'' pulley you know you're gonna do later on so you might as well get it right the first time. Is youre gauge right 4lbs just doesnt seem right to me.

yeah does seem rather low, but 6# kit on a 5.3 I guess could lose a 1# or more on a 6.0.

If you do crank the boost up don't settle for 12.0 AFR. Get it into mid 11's for longevity.

I don't have a gauge.. that is what it measured on the dyno, 4.32.. and my afr was a straight line and 11.95. I have an HP tuner, but it is new to me. so I will have to learn to do some datalogging.
