Default Radix water pump question

I've noticed twice now that the fuse has blown to my water pump. I'm not sure how long the fuse was blown the first time could have been 6 months or more, I replaced it about 6 months ago and noticed the other day it was blown again. What could be causing the fuse to blow or has anyone else had this problem? Could it have hurt the charger any running without the water pump?

Do you have a relay on the water pump?

Lost a pump. Never blew any fuses. Shouldn't hurt the blower. Your IAT's will just go up.
