Default radix water pump not working..ideas?

just installed my 90mm tb upgrade from wcch but when I put it all back together and fired up the truck I noticed there was no flow into the coolant tank. I'm not sure if its been bad for awhile or somehow happened with the upgrade.

Right now I'm going through all the electrical connections but if anyone has any thoughts please chime in.

bad relay?

bad ground? I noticed the new TAC module is all plastic and the pump was grounded to the mounting bolt on that module.

Should be able to easily check all wiring signals at back of relay with a volt/ohm meter and I am sure you will see something there. If missing anything from those wires, fix that wire. If not and all checks out there, then verify power and ground at radix pump motor. If all good there then time for a new pump. Good luck, should be easy check and hopefully easy repair.

I would check for +12V at the pump connector, then check the ground side for continuity to the truck ground.

the new TAC Module is plastic....if you have the ground ON TOP of the TAC module more than likely its not grounded. As advised, I would check for power and ground at the plug on the pump....if that checks out, then you need to check the connections under the fuse box where you tapped into the wire for the trigger.

Mine died recently. Bought one off e-bay. They are the same units as used on the Ford Lightning.
