Default radix pulley issues

I have tried a pulley puller and no luck. It has come off before really easy by hand, but now it wont come off with a puller,or heating it up,or with bolt ease. What should I do?

if you heated it up, more than likely you have damaged the molyguard on the inside of the blower.

I heated with a lighter to melt away the lock tight on the shaft. I know not use a torch.
