Default Radix Part Needed: Short neck oil filler

Does anyone know where I can get one? Is this an autoparts store item? Someome mentioned that it comes off a corvette, not sure.

Anyhow, I need to get one... Anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

The tall filler just twists out then you can put the cap right in the valve cover
