Default Radix M112 Question

I am finally getting ready to install my Radix M112 on my '03 Yukon Denali. I purchased it about 2 years ago, but it has been sitting in my garage ever since because I just haven't had the time to get it installed yet. When I pulled it out of the box today to get all the parts organized for installation, I noticed that there is a small amount of what looks to be dried oil sitting on top of the supercharger at the back (see pic below). Does this thing have oil in it? And if so, is it possible that some of it has leaked out in shipping? I can't find anything in the manual about maintenance relating to checking or changing oil, so I don't even know of that is oil or just some random gunk. Can anyone help me out?

Top of the Supercharger in the back? No picture. Do you mean where the inlet tube and the housing connect?

Sorry about that guys, I forgot to post the pic with this thread yesterday.

Here is the picture of what I'm talking about. And this thing has been stored in the original box it came in ever since I got it, so it's not like it could be some random gunk from my garage or anything like that. And yes, it is brand new, never been installed. Is this oil that has somehow leaked out? Or if not, what else might it be?

The picture looks like the end that has the J-Tube and the gear case is located in the front with the nose drive.

Yes, it is on the back right underneath where the j-tube connects. Here's a further away pic to show more exactly where it is. So since it's in this location, does that mean it can't possibley be oil? If not, then what might it be?

And nobody has answered my other question - is there actually oil in this thing that needs to be changed?

The only oil is it the nose drive (opposite end) and it is good for 100,000 miles. Just wipe the stuff off, it was probably just from assembly.

It looks like corrosion. Was there ever any water in the intercooler or maybe spilled on the supercharger? How does the other water port look?

I got one for you....Look closely.

That is rat ****, and rat urine. If it was sitting that long in the garage, I bet it was inhabited.
