nope, no CEL! i'm still gonna stop by tonight so we can solder those wires and re-wire loom/electrical tape everything back up.

That's exactly what happened. Got the wires soldered together (the right ones), and everything is cool. Good boost, no codes, now on to mod fever!

in blownchevy's defense, none of us who installed my supercharger ever doubted that magnuson didn't know what they were talking about. all i'm saying is that on MY truck, the wire that is suppoed to be black is BROWN(or atleast LOOKS brown to 4 different people). we were using the wrong wire because it was the ONLY black wire out of the 4, BUT it did have a WHITE stripe. i'm not calling anyone here a liar or anything like that.

Thanks Brian,...and yes I'm VERY happy with it. Not just the performance either, but how well everything was packaged, and the instructions were 2nd to NONE. Perfect fit on everything. Best money i've spent on my truck for sure.
