10mm swivel socket, 6" 1/4" drive extension and ratchet and tighten good and snug. The torque wrench is next to impossible to get in there.

unless you have a 1/4 Torque wrench

Thanks guys. I will retorque with a swivel. Blownchevy knows already, but I finally got the whole thing installed, idled for minutes and began the reprogramming with the handheld on my stock tune and, yikes, fried the PCM. Now waiting for a new PCM. Really sucks because I didn't get the chance to take it for a ride. Thank you to Brian, however, as he helped me diagnosis the tune problem and is getting me a new PCM from magnuson. Can't wait to take it for a spin. Looks nice in the garage though.

Erik, can you help with a retune when you get here?
