Radix + Heads?

Radix + Heads?
I have an 04 Joe Gibbs EXT. cab with 5.3,radix at 8psi boost. Pacesetters, full 3" corsa with cats,cold air intake, making 395 horsepower. My next upgrades are e-fans, meth injection, and a cam. My question is should i do heads while i'm there or just beef up my stock valvetrain. Or is a blower + heads combo a bad idea since most aftermaket heads up the compression. Input from someone with similar setup wuold be appreciated.
