I went with the one from Summit, its just a box and filter. It seems to be doing the job just fine. I think it was around 130 bucks.

Then that's going to be the vacuum brake assist. It helps create vacuum when needed. Basically it makes pedal effort easier.
I have enough brake power, but shuddering rear brakes. I think the braided sttel brake lines in place of the rubber ones would be a great brake upgrade in itself. The brake pedal is just too mushy. Those s.s. lines would take care a lot of that.
Yeah, I'm just complaining about my brakes again...................

i have one too (for the time being) it is a factory vacuum pump....so the guys at hydroboost tell me...but i am doing the hydroboost swap in the next couple of weeks.

oh yeah...i have the airraid and love it!

and Chevy6000VHO....it don't help (the little vaccum pump)...neither did the SS brake lines...i hope w/ the hydroboost swap, that does the trick!

My brakes suck too.

Ive got a Mac CAI and it seems to work good. It was cheaper than the others too.

the SS brake lines is a HUGE improvement in pedal feel.. I have had them on other vehicles and they will be going on this one soon enough... those along with my brembo slot/drill rotors and hawk pads should be a nice brake system...

as far as your CAI question, I have a granatelli CAi and it works well.... with a nitrous nozzle in it. LOL...

Here is what ill be using. Mine will be here tommorow along with my radix. I cant wait. I like the fact that its a closed box. I also know what kind of power improvment it made on my truck NA
