Default radix buring oil

I tried the search with no luck
My buddy called and said his denali is using a **** load of oil all of a sudden,i said its leaking it or buring it,he started watching his exhaust, yes you rev it and its blue.I am wondering if this thing is sucking oil from the intake rather than the rings being shot.Radix guys have you seen this before? The SC has been on approx 15K miles

Does he have a catch can? Tell him to pull the intake tube, open the butterfly and shine a bright light into the J tube. If he has a considerable amount of oil buildup in the bend then it could be getting sucked into the combustion chamber. I bet I had a 1/4 cup of oil sitting in mine last time I cleaned it.

He could always run a compresion test to set his mind at ease.

Mine never smoked either. But the oil was in there. However, it could have been a symptom of the 4 pistons with broke rings I found later When that happened I had oil oozing out of my AirAid filter (yes, dripping from the CAI)

I've never had any problems with mine either. When i took my j-tube off to do the 90mm conversion it was pretty clean inside. no oil to speak of and i don't use a catch can.
