To answer your original question, I would say you need a 111.0" belt. Here's why:

I looked at my 5.3 with a 3.4" pulley as a baseline. I had a 112" belt from Magnuson. A 3.4" pulley has a 10.68" circumference, and a 3.0 pulley has a 9.42" circumference. This is a difference of 1.26". If we assume that the belt contacts 75% of the pulley circumference, there is a net difference of .95" between the contact length of the two pulleys with the belt, which is close enough to 1". So...I would go from a 112" to a 111".

Wow...sounds good to me. LOL I have a 110.5 on a 6.0/3.0. I do intend to goto a 2.75, so felt comfortable with the 111.0, but I am trying to plan ahead.

What is this Metco that grippy used? Is there a link somewhere. I'd love to do those pulleys when I rebuild.

3.1" @ 112.5" is longer than other guys with a 3.4" pulley. Youre not slipping at all?
