Default Radix belt issue.

has anyone else had a problem with their belt being eat up after installing a radix. well my belt is being shreded. it looks like the pulley on the snout of the charger is sticking out further than the rest of the pulleys. therefore its trying to walk to the edge of the stock idler pulley, and then it gets forced back onto the alt. pulley, and i think thats where its getting ripped. ive made sure the charger pulley is on all the way and is tight, and ive checked the rest of them. what should i do? should i trim the back of the charger pulley? or should i just shim the idler pulley? what have yall done?

How did you change the pulleys? Did you overtorque it maybe?

You sure you got the right pulley for the Radix? Magnuson sent me one that was not spaced correctly, it was an R&D piece that they had left over. Maybe yours is for a different application?

If you have the other pulley, put it back on and see if it does the same thing. Also check that both pullies seated to the same place on the snout. You wouldnt have a Nelson pulley with the built in "nut" and maybe have it on backwards?

well i got the 2.9 and 2.7 pulleys from pulley boys. and i believe the 2.9 had the nut but the 2.7 doesnt. not sure. ill have to take a look. and how do you know what is backwards, whats the correct way to put these on? and overtightening the pulley would help my problem not hurt it.
