Pretty sure that's the same muffler that came on my cat back too.

That's one I way eyeing too but noticed they don't have packing. How loud is it?

The Donaldson M101167 looks like a good candidate. 4"in/out center/center, 10" round, 23.75" long body.

The Hushpower might work too: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/fl...0100/overview/

These donaldson mufflers look like what the school buses at work have, so Id say go to a heavy truck parts place and see what they got

It's loud at idle and wot. Cruising is like a normal catback with no drone. If you search on YouTube under cammed corsa and choose almost any gm v8 it will give you an idea of how it sounds. Not low and mellow like a magnaflow but corsa has a higher pitch popcorn sound. Also i have no cat and it sounds nice with my triple12 cam.

The Donaldson muffler I had was part# m085171 that I got from Ryder fleet web site that for buses and bigger vehicles. Lol, think someone just mentioned that. Diesel guys run these mufflers with no problem, plus it's cheap. You can here Donaldson muffler diesel trucks on YouTube too.

Merging down to a 3" muffler can be a good idea.

What is the part number for Donaldson muffler you are using?
