The restrictor was the key to success. I buttoned up a couple things like extending the iat sensor wires and hooking up a Hobbs switch last night and sent him on his way.

The check valve I had over nighted did not flow the way I wanted it. I'm sending it back today and ordering another one. Kb even said make sure it's flow the right way. But I guess the sales guy and website stating "can be mounted in either direction" is about the fitting and obviously not the direction of flow. Fail

The owner will come back later so I can re torque everything and install the check valve.
