Here are some pics of my new project "CASPER-08" It's a 2008 chevy truck witha custom front mount 76 mm turbo and twin front mount intercoolers.we are gonna shoot 10 pounds of boost with the stock motor and then we are gonna do a HKE 346 ci with trick flow heads and then bump the boost up.i will post more pics of thie kit once it's all coated and the right head unit on.

the truck has 390 miles on it, we are hopeing for some high 11's on the 5.3L. Here is a run down on all that's been done to the truck so far.

DJM drop kit 4-6 with flip kit

bogart d10's bolted 15x10 rear and 15x5 front

 

Thats pretty cool, I like the twin intercooler its different. Is there any negative effects to running a twin intercooler on a single setup? Pressure drop etc. Or does it not make a difference?

 

according to my fab guy it should not effect anything.

When I swapped a set of twin intercoolers on my personal car, I actually picked up 1.5 psi of boost, and lowered the inlet temps.

thanks, yeah i should be getting the truck back this week and as soon as i get it it is going on the rollers. swing by when ever you have a chance so you can take a look at it.i'm thinking of doing a meth kit but it's still up in the air, don't know if i should put one on or not?
