you still running a stock rear? i got an 02 ext i have been tryin to do some research on for a turbo build

 

yea its a 10 bolt still. Got a detroit trutrac, chromoly axles and richmond gears. built it up best as I could.

 

I've got the same built rearend in my avalanche, once the truck starts grabbing, say goodbye to that rearend lol.
Trying to get a 14bolt, we'll see how that stays together.

 

Is your trans vacuum modulated or EPC? When I had a vacuum modulated trans it wouldn't shift where I commanded. I had to play with the shift tables a fudge them a lot to get it to shift where I wanted. When I went back to EPC everything worked the way it was supposed to.

 

i searched for your build thread...im guessing this is the first one? what all was involved to get the 4l80 in?
