Default procharger-stall converter

hey guys. i have a 04rcsb silverado 5.3l lpe gt2-3 cam. i want to go with the psc1-1 procharger kit at around 7-8psi. currently i own a 3000 stall yank converter. would this converter be way to big for what i need with this setup? my friend has a 2600 stall that hes willing to trade me for but i just wanted to here from some people on here who might be familar witht this supercharger as to what my best decision would be. im pretty sure the 3000 has to go.

stick with the 3,000. Thats what I was running on mine. I think going any less you might as well just leave the stock TC in there. 3000 will let you leave the line with about 4 psi of boost.

I just purchased a Yank converter and the PT3200 is what Yank recommended with a similar combination. I would stick with the 3000.

I was happy with mine before I sold it. I just get bored and want to do something different now.

I currently run a Paxton Novi 1500. I've had five different converters in my truck. 2800, 3100, 4000 and 5000. (flash stall's) I'm currently running an Edge 3700 and love it.
