Sounds like you have regulator issues.

Also Boost Juice is not even classified as a flame able due to only being 49% Meth.

and yes, I have ran without the filter and it made no difference

Maybe a test run with the bypass removed/capped off? Definitely get more fuel in that thing! Should be able to band-aid it with a larger nozzle or high concentration of methanol.

I may throw 2 gal or so of 100 oct. Im down to 1/4 tank now.

I was referring to it running lean not your fuel tank! Removing the filter netted no boost gain? Seems like everyone including me gain a couple pounds of boost running no filter. Makes me think your bypass is having trouble holding anything above 10 psi.

Just thought about it, that could end badly when I let out at about 9-10 psi and it has no where to go lol

I have tried it before. Just ease out of the throttle, don't chop it closed and you wont have a compressor surge. Testing only!!!!

I agree! I liked straight methanol the best! If I remember correctly you had good results with 80+% Methanol.
