Stock pump will take you far... No need to replace it unless you are chasing over 600rwhp...

you might be able to get away with a stock fuel pump on a 5.3 but i would put the bigger pump and injectors in that you have and be done with it to have room to grow and would put the pump in the bucket to keep the noise down if you got the how to do it. you would be fine with the stock sensor but your tuner might have been wanting to put you on a speed density tune and might want you to get a 2 bar map sensor ?? might want to ask him his reason for you to get the sensor !?!?! put the 10lb pulley on and sell the 4.0 pulley.

If he is only going to 10 psi the 8 rib is a little over kill imo.. He should not see any slip with 10 psi on a 5.3

I'm almost 100% sure he won't stay at 10# for long,that's what I'm at now and going for more.

You cant run an inline pump on a returnless fuel setup.

so its either an in tank pump or a boost a pump?

any problems with boost a pumps?
