It could be if you didn't tuned it .... at first mine started perfectly, left it on for about 15min and then when I put it in gear it would shut down ..... then I got my computer in the mail from my tuner (mail in order) and I stood on after that .... I drived badass I will give it a little gas a 9psi will be build right away and it felt bad *** .... I had the 4.0 pulley on a D1 ... BUT I had a cheap as belt since I was gonna go with a smaller pulley and it thru it and broke my tensioner .... so I sold it for the right price

Does it have any codes being set?

Have your tuner turn vats off just to be sure.

Is this truck sd tuned or maf tuned?

Make sure fuel pressure is around 55psi with key ON.

Supposed to b maf tuned and I have my fuel pressure regulator set for 60psi and ill have edgar turn the vats tomm as for codes none

Yah if you pull it off, it still does the same thing as with it in then you can kinda rule the blower being a issue out of it..
