Default Procharged 2015 Denali

Hey guys, so I have been out of the performance scene for a while but decided to jump back in with both feet.

So here is my build-

2015 GMC Sierra Denali CCSB 6.2L 8L90.

Completely stock with a Procharger kit bolted on with 23 miles on it. The procharger kit comes with a Diablo inTune that I emailed the stock tune to them and they send back a tune for me.--- BIG PROBLEM...

So unfortunately the diablo will not pull the stock tune from the TCM so I haven't been able to update that yet. Shift points are all over the place and response and shift feel is horrible after the tune.

Next problem... I feel Procharger is covering there *** and didn't remove any of the torque management during shifts for the ECM tune so at every shift point the truck falls on its face and then has to build boost all over again.

I have tuned my own trucks before with HPtuners but haven't messed with anything forced induction or with the new DI motors or the 8 Speeds so I am completely scared of blowing up my brand new truck...

So looking to see if anyone on here has been messing with tuning these with any success???

I will also try to upload pics of the build later tonight.

Thanks in advance.

Matt

Any reason in particular you went with a Procharger? I was leaning the same route but with a beast that heave a Magi just seems the better choice for instant torque. Just wondering. Have you sent Black Bear or Nelson a note?

Went with the procharger for the air to air intercooling with the lower intake temps. Also the dealer I work for is a procharger dealer so the price difference made my mind up.

I am waiting for a call back from Nelson.

Sounds like an awesome truck! Looking forward to the pics.

With the way these DI motors make bottom end power I would imagine the procharger is a pretty good compliment to them.

Very interesting set of issues. I have been on the fence about ordering a blower set up for my 2015 as well. There is not much info out there yet, and this is exactly the kind of stuff I was concerned about. Please update as soon as you have some info!!

Hey guys the truck has been running great with awesome shift points on my tune that I did for it putting 474hp/484lbft to the wheels.

I am trading the truck back in to the dealer in a few weeks and will be taking the blower off.

I am selling it in the classified section if anyone is interested.

Gonna be a lot slower. A Duramax is sure very nice but I sure as hell wouldn't.
