The 2300 is better on 6, 6.2L engines because it lags a little more then the 1900. Normally lag is not a good thing, but it will save you from catastrophic drive-line failures. It's not excessive though. That doesn't means thing aren't going to break. Also, it leaves room for more upgrades in the future. The resale value is higher also.

Was just thinking I could add to my 6.0 while I build the 4XX ci (if that ever happens)

Does the 2300 have cathedral or rectangular ports? I thought it was rectangular so I'm gonna have to get some new heads either way.

Can I reuse my pulleys or is the snout/configurations different?

well the one i got was for my cathedral ports. But they come set up for L92's also
