Plug wires for Trick manifold?

I have cheap AC delco performance angled wires. with cheap boots. Boots touch the manifold lightly and have never burned or had a issue. My manifold is not coated or wrapped. This is the On3 kit. My EGT is before the T4 flange by a inch and I see 700-1200*. I have the boots folded over and zip tied around the wire at teh top as they are so long but have had then folded in on themselves also.
Wires are so cheap I keep a box on in the garage in case I damage one removing it. I don't have to wait on amazon 2 days shipping for replacements.

I am running MSD wires with the big T6 manifold and have no issues. Now I also have the short wires and LS9 valve covers and coils so mine are mounted a tad different. I have DEI sleeves on my wires.
