Mine used to be a simple breather type of set up, but I got tired of the smell. And on the forged 6L, it didnt like it at all.

I just put a breather on the passenger side and a check valve on the driver side between the intake manifold and stock pcv.... working good for me and seemed to be the simplest route.

I have -12 AN bungs welded to each valve cover and they T into one -12 line to a catch can. Just emptied it for the first time and it was mainly smelly water, but I havent gone into boost much bc im waiting to get tuned this weekend

My truck has 3/8" hose from the pass. valve cover, 3/8 from the valley cover, and -10 AN(5/8) from the drivers valve cover, all going into a catch can.

Both valve covers have filters venting to atmosphere. Running around 13psi. Think I will eventuality run them both to a vented catch can though.

I see a lot of you guys running w/ out vacuum. Are there any issues with doing that?

Reason I'm asking is- that people w/ catch cans running vacuum to them all say that when they empty the catch can after a while gross liquid would come out of it

My catch can is under vacuum and I've never seen anything like that come out of it...
