Default P1sc or d1sc

Hey guys.

Just about to order a pro charger kit for my 2016 ram. Really trying to see if its worth upgrading to the d1sc.

The truck has an exhaust, and thats it. Rest is bone stock, and will stay bone stock. Ive had blown trucks before, and once the kits on i just leave it. I will not look for more boost or power, it'll simply be left along. It is my daily driver, seeing towing duty, and commuting in summer and winter(canada)

should i upgrade? or is the p1 more then adequate? Does a 7 psi p1sc make the same power and curve as a d1sc?

I tried searching the difference online, but there is a lot of opinions with little facts to back them up lol

If it truly will stay stick with low boost then there is probably no need to upgrade

D1 comes on ~1k rpm sooner, but you can get different wheels or play with pulley combos to get the P1 to come on stronger too.

I think there is about a 15% difference in peak flow between the 2 as they leave the factory floor.

I agree. The P1 doesn't impress me.
