[QUOTE=mzoomora]The low boost level will help with the belt slip.

That is not the answer I was hoping for. It would be good (for my wallet) to use the p1 on a bigger motor. Actually, I wanted to go bigger but 408 is about the limit while still being affordable. So I'm told.

Mzoomora- PM sent.

My truck can hit 12lbs. of boost with the stock pulley on there. hehe
My truck use to only hit 9 lbs. with the way Procharger had the airfilter setup, but I had somebody rig me up a bigger intake and ran a huge K&N to the stock airfilter location and now my truck can hit 12lbs. And it woke my truck up alot, I was suckin that lil K&N so hard it collasped.

I also wxperimented with the air filter setup. I installed a lrger one in the same location that worked well, then I also re-routed it with some dryer tubing as an experiment. Both deffinetly helped.

What size tubing did you guys use? I have 4" now that comes forward to behind the radiator then over to the factory airbox location. On that is the filter that came with the procharger.

Going to get a bigger filter and see if I get anything out of it.

The guy Built mine out of 4in. Alum. pipe. He ran off the back of the supercharger and over the motor at the TB and over to the stock location. He said it helped my truck like lil over 30 h.p. over the original set-up. And then I took and painted the tube red so it turned out really great and my filter don't collaspe no more. I dont have no pics of it but I'll try get some sooner or later. Man I don't see how yall run them airlfilters the way Procharger has it set-up, its a **** pore design on there part especially having the airfilter placed over the manifolds or headers.

That is exactly why I had them make me a tube. I have mine covered with a aluminum Thermotec sleeve. But I still have that small filter on the end.
