If you don't know my truck, it's pretty much a drag race only deal (no street significant street time), Rosslers baddest 3 speed trans, 9" rear, 4-link suspension, custom front coil over suspension, 3700lb goal race weight. That sort of thing.......

Well, that was the sorta thing I was kindof asking you. Pretend as if I am starting with a clean slate and wanted to build the engine/drivetrain around using a set of these turbos. My question would be in a strictly drag/roll race situation. Not a daily driver. You could also assume that the trans configuration would be either a 2 or 3 speed auto with a trans brake. Vehicle would have chassis capable of supporting anything I were to throw at it.

Pretend I have a vehicle here that is 100% complete minus engine, power adder, transmission and rear end.

In other words, what would be the dream build to highlight using these turbos?

You'll have to forgive me. I'm a die hard procharger guy as most know, but do like to learn and may have some ideas for turbos in the future.

Hmmm For me.
I would buy a well built 427, around 10-1 ratio.
On race gas and methanol injection.
and massive air/water Intercooler.
im partial to the t400 with t-brake.
No main reason but I like it and trucks are heavy.

Rear gear would have to test to see which one I like more. Off the cuff I would start 4:10 and make change accordingly.
Rear end Ford 9".
Easier gear swapping.

Now Here's why , I would street drive it.
E85 not easily found around here for me,
And Alcohol is hi maintenance.

Setting up a truck on gasoline allows me to drive around on pump gas and when time to race; swap fuels out and no need to change anything. Sure can't go maxed out in pump gas but it's about working both arenas.

Turbo kit.
Twin 76/75 .96ar possible .81 or smaller ar testing would prove best ar.
Twin 46mm gates
Trick twin turbo manifolds, 3" down pipes increasing to 3.5"under the truck.
3" is a tight fit on drivers side to get around and under.
. If one likes 3.5" out the fenders.

This is what I would build if budget allows.

1500-1600 would be my estimate.
You thinking of switching from procharger?

Not a chance. I'm actually under a contractual sponsorship agreement with the Alcatraz Federal Penitentiary. Part of that agreement states that the truck will always have a Procharger on it.

The warden likes making turbo guys cry. lol

I must have heard that phase 100's of times when I was in the nitrous industry years ago.
