Rick, did you ever finish the cast manifold on the driver side to match your passenger side one? A pair of those with a pair of these would be awesome!

I think it would look really nice.

The layout is done.
Making just a driver side didn't match the passenger side and looked wrong as a set.
So we will need to build these in sets.

It's in the "to do list" just picking battles in which project to finish first.

Over all cost on a twin is so much higher then a single.
And tooling is double what a single is.
If I had enough interest in them would help bump that project forward.
Cast twin manifolds would be in the 1100-1500 price range for both manifolds.

Maybe I need to do a group buy special,
Get people to leave a deposit to show their interested.

Borgwarner are large frame t4. Allowing for larger exhaust wheels.
And take up way more room.
Good deal. And +1 for the BW turbos taking up a fair amount of space.

I was looking for a little more detail, such as optimal engine size, cam/rpm range expectations, boost levels (race gas or methanol fuel), total horsepower that could be supported, hot side configuration and size, etc. Pretend as if I was asking to put this in a truck like mine.

If you don't know my truck, it's pretty much a drag race only deal (no street significant street time), Rosslers baddest 3 speed trans, 9" rear, 4-link suspension, custom front coil over suspension, 3700lb goal race weight. That sort of thing.......

I would say 416ci and up would be great for a set of twins like these!

These units are rated at 950hp.
Can be used in many engine sizes.
But in a twin I would consider using a small AR.
You are using 1/2 the engine to feed one turbo.

Fuel- race gas or e85. if your really heavy into racing get the fuel from someone who sells race fuels not the pump. At the pump can be a big variable in the quality of the fuel as many have seen just on gasoline.

Inter cooler design will change depending on fuel running.
Race gas a huge Intercooler will be needed. Air/air or air/water.
Race only. Air/water so you can use ICE to cool the core down.
Sucks if street driving it.

Alcohol- no Intercooler needed.

Final exhaust off the turbos. 3" to get under the truck then open up to dual 3.5" or have dual cut outs.

For me if I was to build a pure race set up.
I'd use just alcohol and deal with all that comes with the fuel.
Maintenance, draining treatment etc.

Is an intercooler required for E85? If not for race or street or both?
