Default Ordered the D1sc...Got some questions

So i purchased a brand new D1sc setup...

-d1sc head unit (polished)
-Brackets
-Race bypass

Total: $3400 shipped

But im going to need a FMIC....What size is the biggest you can fit up front by the front bumper brackets?

What size pulley am i going to need from to hit 12# at 9.3-1 CR and mods in my sig?

What size injectors should i run? Are 60# injectors going to do it? I plan on running 15# down the road on a race tune.

Im pretty excited about this portion of the build. Ready to really crank it up on the new motor. see what she can really do.

I would step up to 70's. I am not running but 9-10 psi on my 6.0, have seen IDC as high as 78%.. I will try and hunt down my ic measurements for you(can't get them now truck is burried in snow.. Mine is about as wide as you can go without cutting... a 3.8-9 pulley should get you close to 11psi( don't hold me to that should be close) Your stock intake is fine, unless you want to do a tbss, 90mm swap, or a vic jr setup.. I am running the stock truck intake now, but on the 370 it will be the vic jr, along with a 90mm TB

This is the way I mounted mine, it is pretty simple, strong, neat and effective..

Cool if you could hunt down the size of the intercooler that would be awesome!!

I wonder if 96lb injectors would be over kill?

A 27x12x3or4 is the biggest you can fit between the bumper supports.

If this link gets deleted, do a search on eBay for CRXracing. i've used them a half a dozen times. They work great and fit perfect.

Thanks Rick.

I was leaning toward the 60lb injectors because i always see them for sale cheap. But i dont want to run out of injectors. I just dont see alot of people running the 70lb injectors. I figured the 96lb would be over kill and kill my idle and fuel atomization.

The 60lbs Sema Decka (sp) everyone likes are actually 70lbs at are fuel pressure. With a return fuel system they'll fuel 800+ hp.

Ok im going with the 27x12x3 FMIC....but how is everyone running the intercooler piping? Ill be running 3" pipe but when do you guys increase to 4" to go to the throttle body? What kind of fitting am i going to need. Im going to get a universal intercooler kit off ebay...but they have a **** load of them. I want to make sure i get all the parts needed the first time. Also i will not be running a MAF sensor so leave that out.
