Default Opinions on What turbo to go with

After playing around with my first turbo in my Camaro pt88 I am now wanting to turbo everything!!!

Next I would like to build a very responsive setup for my Ram. I would like a fast spool and when tuned properly possibly help with better fuel ecomony.

The turbo would go in the truck with a stock LS1 with ported heads. My first thoughts were a t76 or so, but I have also seen 67mm turbos make 550+.

Just wondering what you guys out there who have turbo trucks think.

My Camaro does not build any boost driving around , it has to be under heavy load to build any.

Also kinda curious if ball bearing vs journal is worth what i'm looking for

I'd do a T4 S400 (68, 72, 75, 80 mm depending on your goals). Very reliable units, you don't hear of much problems from the Borg Warner turbos compared to some other brands. Will spool like an animal on the street with the boost turned up.
