It maybe to way deep,but if they seen a monthly report of your tuning not OEM could they call you on it if there was a large dollar amount warrenty claim?

There was a time my buddy and I was on a canon ball run to Reno and we had onstar going on his Denali and we asked 'Hey do you know what are speed was and he came back and said well that last mile you averaged 114MPH.I am not concerned about the law I wonder about warrenty.
