Default Only 90 Octane: is 10 PSI boost possible ?

Reducing pulley size from Maggie stock 3.7" to 3.2"
Best pump gasoline within 2000 miles is 90 Octane.
Making 10 PSI manifold pressure, is that safe on 90 octane swill ?
high speed spark is 14 degrees, down to 11 degrees in the 2000-2400 range.

Should be fine but watch your KR. 14 degrees is still on the low side for 10psi.

If 90 is as high as you can get, I'm guessing your are somewhere with high elevation. So your actual boost will be less than say a person at sea level. You should be fine.

Sea Level. 300 yards from the beach.
Cool dense air this time of year, barometric pressure 1035 miliBar.
. Making 170 KPa broadly, and peak at 175 KPa.
. Maybe I will try another degree or 2 of spark.
Don't want to tune to the ragged edge in winter, then run into trouble when IAT goes above 50 degrees F.
.
I can blend fuel at home, have used Toluene, and easy access to 100LL aviation gasoline, but can't use much of the AvGas, more than 2 percent might poison my O2 sensors.. Okay for playing around, but I don't want to TUNE the rig for better fuel than obtainable on the road.
