Well the madness has started. I have a front mount kit to start with. Trying to get this stuffed in my 1968 is a fun pipe fitting nightmare. I am starting small as the 60mm is what I have. I know it will spool fast and drop on the top but it is a start and can go up from there.
On the oiling I have tapped into the block above the filter for my oil pressure gage I assume I can just tee into this and get my oil then for the return seems everybody is draining back into the front top of the oil pan.
I will have more questions so be ready...
Thanks and will keep you posted.

i've seen alota people just place a tee where the oil sending unit is located at the rear of the bolck, usually use a #4 feed line with a #10 return (with the straightest routing possible on the return)

That oil feed location will work just fine.
Even a -3 feed will be more than enough.
A lot of the kits come with 3/8" drain hose, that works just fine.
Just to the right of the crank pulley is easy to get to, at least on the new trucks.
Be sure to vent the valvecovers, or else.
good luck,

I know this is stupid old thread, but which front mount kit did you start with? One for 99-06 truck? Thats what I was thinking on using or talk to KBracing and have him make me something.
