Default oil opinion

getting ready to my 4th oil change(change every 1000miles). running rottela 15/40 was thinking of going back to mobil 1.that what was running in first engine stock turbo.ANY THOUGHTS PRO OR CONS

Rotella T6 5w-40. That's what I use. 800 rwhp on a 150k mile stock LQ9.

Same here I have run rotella the last 4 oil changes and it seems good

I have been running rotella T6 0-40 since the rebuild. while the truck is apart I am gonna get the motor looked at. I will see how everything looks

Rotella is Shells' gift to motor heads!
I use Rotella 15w40 in my motorcycles for the superb zinc content and its motorcycle certified.

Wet clutches LOVE this stuff and it runs fantastic in gassers.

+1 for Rotella
