Im not knocking anything on this website I love it I spend a good 20hrs a week on here reading mostly not really posting too much. I read what ppl post and take there suggestions seriously. I see what other ppl have done who are in my situation. I have read ppl getting ~30rwhp with a 90mm tb conversion on a Maggie. ~20rwhp with longtubes. I read that every .1 on the pulley is good for ~10 rwhp (3.4-3.0). (All with a good tune). I have done all of this and cut out the y-pipe and ran duals out the back too. I only gained ~40 rwhp and ~70 rwtq. What am i doing wrong seems a little low? iat low 100's. 12*-14* timing

I have never really researched the 90mm mod much but, I think it's more for people that have maxed out their 112s and looking to sneak some more power.

How much boost are you running now and have you noticed any belt slip? How much boost did you gain dropping pulley sizes?

There is pleaty of people making solid numbers with the maggie. You just got to tweak them alittle but also have realistic goals too.I think people are more happy with the complete package they offer and customer service.

Also, one other thing to check. Have you verified that the 90mm TB is opening fully?

Just throwing some stuff out there.

Im not knocking magnacharger I wouldnt have done it anyother way. Im upset about the supporting mods added power? ~7psi to ~11psi ... Ripped 4 ribs off the belt last night waiting on a new one... No slip problems on the dyno but isnt that same as a dead stop lst gear stomp. Does the throttle body work/move when the truck isnt turned on?

Not to start a whole pissing match here, but hearing is one thing, on gaining WHP, but hype is well hype. I would look for solid dyno numbers, before I would jump on certain ideas, mods.. Then if you still feel sketchy ask ???. Picking up that hp on on just a 90mm swap, pulley seems like a decent jump in fly wheel hp. How much is left in your tune??? Seems to me almost 400 whp without a cam swap on a 5.3 isn't to shabby for a 4wd truck.

Might be a stretch too, but what about the dyno you're using, or weather... How's the humidity in FLA right now??

Looking at that graph there, your pre-radix numbers do not seem realistic. Torque is a function of displacement and VE. That chart is showing over 400ft-lbs, which is not possible for a 5.3L, especially at the wheels...

True, next up to take advantage of all the supporting mods you have in place look at installing a blower specific camshaft. Possible LPE GT 2-3, there are a few on here with 5.3's and 112's that have had good success with that camshaft; Trever1T comes to mind. Adding that cam should also allow for more flow through the engine with less restriction (boost), all the while getting the power you're looking for. It looks like your power really dives off after 4,500 RPM, not sure if that's a function of the blower or the stock cam designed for optimum drive-ability.
