Default Next build plans!

Well I have been doing alot of thinking which way I will go with my powertrain and I think I have made up my mind, due to the fact that I don't think turbos are my fortay, this is my plan, I am thinking very seriously about using a LSX 376 with a TVS 2300 and a 4L85E trans I talked to magnacharger today about the TVS 2300 and they said I can buy a truck TVS kit and they will upgrade it to the 2300 for $5800 - the tune and fuel system because I already have all that set and the engine I have found a dealership in KS that sells the LSX 376 for $5200 with the GM 2 year warranty and the trans I will probably have my buddy at Cantrell racing build the trans he is really good the tune will probably be done by House of Boost in KC. Hopefully I can start on this when I get back next month to KC I would like to run 12lbs of boost and make over 500hp at the rear wheel, what do you guys think?

Wow Ryan spent all that money and time just to chunk it and start over. But all those problems you had with hs dont blame you throw it away and going with a maggie probably will be best fitted and 500 is real easy to do, lots of people have done it with smaller blowers. Now if you get tired of that 2300 let me know.

Yeah I appreciate you always answering questions on the phone when I called you and really wish I would of bought your kit from the beginning I think I have my tuning all squared away for now and it runs really good but there is just things I don't like about it and I really like the tvs's and the new LSX 376 very economical, so what kind of boost can you run on one of those?

Sounds like a damn good plan to me! probley could even see more than 500 Horse Power with that set up. Also with the 4L80 behind it should be fun and reliable little monster! Wish i had some extra cash to blow!!

No it's that money tree that I have think god, and it seems as though I can make alot more power than 500 hp at rear wheel with good boost levels!

You know the crappy thing is if I decided to do the build for sure if I keep it boosted I would just need a bigger turbo and the LSX 376 with the trans it would be way cheaper I wonder what size turbo I would need?
